My goal is to create an environment where you can deeply heal emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually too. I look at the Whole Person Health, including your diet. I use different energy manual therapies that are clinical and advanced to help you relax, release stress, muscle tension, tissue restrictions, balance 9 energy systems, and release pain and trauma gently. Above all, help you understand and better connect with your body and Self. Sometimes help you to get unstuck so you can evolve and embrace your future. My goal is to get to the heart of the matter deeply and gently working together to empower you in your life.

Energy bodywork involves light touch, muscle testing, balancing 9 energy systems (Aura, Chakras, Meridians, Celtic weave, Five Rhythms of Life, Triple Warmer, Radiant Circuits, Electrics) and releasing restrictions to calm the cranium-sacrum flow, help improve the visceral and nervous system so you can feel more grounded and centered. It allows the body systems to heal itself with time as you continue to live your daily life. The body, mind and soul have its own wisdom system of healing which I respect deeply. This work empowers you to have better awareness of your body and Self leaving you energized, balanced, centered and ready to embrace your future.

Esalen® Massage is an integrated holistic long stroke touch with specific work, helping you connect with yourself by joining body to mind to soul. You leave with an insightful awareness of yourself feeling energized and relaxed.

Eden Energy Medicine techniques align energy on nine energy systems of the body by releasing toxins, balancing and organizing energies for optimal mental, emotional and overall health.

Craniosacral Therapy is a non-intrusive gentle touch massage which balances the cranial rhythm of your body, releasing tension and tissue restrictions. It is very calming and settling and allows the body to self-heal itself.

Color Therapy: color and sound are used to treat body, mind and soul at a deep cellular, molecular level to release restrictions and open fields.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage: Gently massage to help release of restrictions in the lymphatic system of the body. Good after surgery, to help improve posture, reduce cellulite, treat breast pain, facial wrinkles, improve the "plumbing system" of the body: fluid circulation, remove toxins, improve immune system, calm the nervous system, reduce pain, muscle spasms, constipation.

Jikiden Reiki stimulates the natural restorative processes of the body to improve health by balancing the energies of your body at the physical, mental and emotional level. It helps the body heal itself promoting efficient body functions, reducing discomfort and stress.

Reiki - Higher Self is a healing method to help you connect to your higher self, or loved ones, to help you understand and listen better.

Insight Acupressure seeks to bring the wholeness of the person being treated by removing any restrictions to the structure and energy of the body at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. It promotes honest and clear awareness, personal development and growth enhancing the individual's soul wisdom.

Qi Gong* Healing: scan of the body and energy fields to detect thermal imbalance and restrictions as well. Use of sounds and colors.

Zero Balancing an energetic acupressure that treats the bone (skeleton system), soft tissues and energy fields of the entire body to release stuck energy and allow the body, mind, emotions and soul process this release over time. Three to six sessions of ZB can actually change your life patterns, focus and forwardness in life! You frame what you want in your life before each session.

Visceral and Neural Manipulation is a gentle and specific touch to encourage normal mobility, tone and tissue balance of the viscera, nerve system, connective tissue, ligaments, and other areas of the body where there is restriction or imbalance. It helps reset, harmonize, increase proprioceptive communication in the body to allow it to heal itself.

All treatments may incorporate Qi Gong Meridian Acupressure, Reiki and/or CranioSacral Therapy depending on the needs of the client.

*Qi means energy or vital life force. "Gong" is discipline or cultivation. Qigong is the cultivation of life force energy through the body to promote higher levels of energy, stamina, better balance, improve mental awareness, emotional release, oxygenation of body cells, strengthen the immune system, reduce stress and obtain greater inner peace and well-being.
